Manage and maintain the statewide CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) and RMS (Records Management) system for multiple statewide law enforcement agencies (includes NRP, MdTA, and MTA). Install, deploy and configure approximately 100 pieces of equipment statewide. This accomplished an equipment refresh and maintained compliance of hardware for multiple agencies covering 32 locations. This effort was a value add of productivity and efficiently for the users. Organized and provided field support for in-vehicle technology.

Manage, oversee, and maintain operations related to health system entity acquisitions and IT consolidation to a central IT model. Project Managed improvements to existing functions such as medical diagnostics and nurse call platforms. A key accomplishment was converting a manual internal chargeback billing process from a spreadsheet into an automated process with Service Now. This accomplishment improved efficiency and ensured correct billing of $1.4M of chargers per month.

Project managed the task of removal and relocation of on-premise equipment in a downtown Baltimore data center to Raging Wire data center in Ashburn, VA. This task included management of internet bandwidth, telephony, structured cabling, discovery, and physical movement.

Operated and managed the college’s on-premise data center. Oversight included deployment of client/server applications, building server infrastructure, storage systems and facilities management. Successfully lead negotiation of new contract for telecommunications (voice) services provider reducing cost and improving service adoption. Co-Lead RFP process to replace campus’s primary telephone system. Lead successful engineering and negotiation discussions with Honeywell Building Solutions regarding a new video surveillance system for Hoover Library.
